Hello, It does not apply the 10% of stats anymore after the last maintence.

Hope this helps you and as previously stated i apologize again for this ~~

doesn't seem so at all in my experience after the maintenance.
I have about 26300 pow in arena and when i fight people at 27300 (it continues to show the enemy's power) i clearly notice a big difference in resistance/defense and chance to land a critical hit/standard attack combo in comparison with people at my level of power (regardless the setups).
If was like you said i should not notice this.
maybe it's just an impression, but to be an impression it's pretty consistant.

Hello again and no problem its what i do.

I can tell you im 200% sure this was changed as it has been confirmed on every possible instance we can reach.

Susanoo sasuke just has an extremly high innate damage combined with certain buffs that means it becomes a truck running at you in 200 km/h.

Ok now i'm sure. I just faced my exact mirrored setup (mei, mabui, gnw tenten, azure fang) the enemy had 1300 more arena power than me (26500 vs 27800) and after two rounds the damage i suffered was twice the damage i landed on him (same exact moves mirrored by me and him).
