Forgot what the summon, chase and talents is, but that's what a wind main in our server does.
R2 Sage+Temari+Wind Mystery (this one resets the cooldown)
R3 Sage again + Temari
R4 Gaara Mystery

The only downfall of this time is Ninja that can acunpuncture with mystery and chase.
For example, R1 Seal Sage and R2 combo the Wind Main making it impossible to remove CC.

But if you want to have a more controlled one you can replace Temari with Gakido, this will remove CC and will ensure you your rounds of skills spam but sacrificing damage.
