If you are on the lower Initiative side(im with you there) go for Water-, Wind- or Earthmain.

The reasoning behind it is simple, you will eat the first combo and the debuffs woven in.
So you need to either be able to remove them (Wind-/Water-) or stop the combo through superarmor(Earthmain) or your team is already controlled.

Teams have already been named a few so ill not go into those

I think the greatest problem is, you are searching for an "ultimate team" which is difficult.
Being Durable+Strong+Uncontrollable is just a lot to ask for at the same time.

Most Teamcompositions have counters, especially if you do not have the initiative. That is something you need to keep in mind and adjust your expectations.

I want just Durability + CC immunity, strength as itself is a secondary worry of mine.

Sad to say CC immunity is atm LM (Root of Warrior) only, unless you run the preview Jinchuuriki Team of KKGaara+Bee+NinetailsNaruto(4tails+)

there will be a lot more of em once JichuurikiTreasure comes around.

Alternatively you could try a mass mirror team, as in Kurenai, Ningendo and Firemain + Someone(Itachi?)

but while i think that sounds like a funny team, Kurenai and Itachi are not good enough till Skillbooks(according to youtube vids) and the whole team is quite fragile

Which brings us to the second point durability. It does not get much more stable then Sailor Sakura, Earthmain and Sage Naruto.... (not naming Kimimaro and other tanks, while they are stable they usually need certain teams to shine)

So maybe define what you are searching in durability

If you think the team GaaraKK, Earthmain, Iruka, Sailor Sakura is not sufficiantlly durable, then i have to disappoint you...

2 Superarmors + the strongest offensive Healer + Iruka(Barrier like buff and Shields unaffected by initiative)
stable as heck

If you still get killed by enemies 10k power under you, you might need to check your connection and your playstyle

Edit: Because i forgot

I know the feeling running behind Initiative wise (playing on 172 so close in Server uptime), and catching up is difficult to impossible as the top can still grow well at that point.

I feel your pain, but there is only so much you can expect from the current roster.

at 40k+power, 4-5k difference is the area of possible Wins/Losses (as long as the teams are of similar synergy)

Yes many teams are controllable...

As said before, there are only a few uncontrollable teams

One sort is Lightning Main with his variations on Root of Warrior (yes there will be even more powerful versions once the seven swordsman come)

Another is Jinchuurikis (we only have 2 immune ones so far in "Naruto Ninetails Chakra" and "Bee")

And stacking mirrors is basically an immunity against the first x per turn.

So if Debuffs are your Bane and you do not want to live with them, these are your choices.
There are a few Debuff immune Characters(Versions of Itachi) but unless you aim to spend a few thousand on kage treasures the powerful ones are out of reach

You (and most among us) do not have the means to ignore debuffs right now. Get a mirror into your team that should stop the usual shutdown attempts.

That being said, even with debuff immunity, an absorbed/reflected chaos/immobile/accupuncture WILL still interrupt you

There is to my knowledge no way of avoiding that except dodging like Iruka and Itachi

That being said, Iruka is glass af, even at 3*, so I dunno what durability does he bring into the team, shielding 2 ppl besides himself :/
Shield on 3 People...thats extra life and there are not many dispells used yet.
With 3 chars of 3 elements thats the best you can hope for. Unless you go one/two element teams, which reduces the number of combos available again.

I think i understand your predicament, but i also think you ask more then your ninja pool can give you.
