If I was unhappy with my pull personally I would keep going especially for a good barrier ninja. Onoki isn't bad, but imo he is the worst passive barrier ninja. If you get Gaara and have Sage Naruto and Jigo you can run that team with wind main and dance of impetus. How many scrolls do you think you get in a month without events? You can include monthly event.
