Currently, we don't know the full aspect of what's happening considering not every server has experienced this.
But I've alerted the team about this.
I'll let you know if this was intentional or accidental
Meanwhile, before the usual naysayers spark debate and bring controversy on this topic. Let it be known, if things get out of hand, I'll be closing the topic altogether. -

- Atm im scared because its 00:00 and i still dont have any rewards..I wouldnt be so scared if i wasnt on a server that wasnt 60 days before feb 1st. but..definitly should get stuff this month :o
Should receive the awards once server reset happens. Being 5AM (Server Time)

I'm fully aware of the things that were said on the forums, Having been included in saying it myself.
Again, we're not fully aware of the situation. Once every server experiences it. We'll have a better scope of the issue at hand.
But I applaud, from aggressive to passive aggressive, we're making progress.

Update before closing the thread.
You may find the =Seasonal Rewards= statement, located here (Second Post)
"-SEASONAL REWARDS-
Requirements: Server must be >60 days old (if it reaches 60 days during the Season, you will be able to claim the rewards; 60 days start counting 1 day after the Server has opened);
Situation 1. Players who never achieved Six Paths Sennin rank, will only get the minimum rewards. His Arena Rank Points will not be reset, so that this player continues to have a chance to reach Six Paths Sennin rank (reach it and you’ll be under Situation 2’s rules).
Situation 2. If a player has reached Six Paths Sennin rank once in his entire playtime, once a Season ends, the player will be able to claim the rewards for the achieved rank after which, his Arena Rank Points will all be reset for the next season. "
So, practically, Player's who haven't reached Six Paths once, their rank and points will not be reset. And they will receive the minimum rewards.
Player's who had reached Six Paths once. Their rank and points will be reset every season.
