Hey
Yeah, it's very possible that it has something to do with your college's Wi-Fi connection.
Currently, the servers are up and running and judging from a multitude of connections, it seems to be running perfectly fine.
Do you play on a Client or browser on the College Wi-Fi? -

Browser only, since my laptop is a Mac. I'm guessing it has something to do with the Wi-Fi's open and closed ports.
Kind of annoying that I can't spend my time between classes playing NO 2, but I don't know how to set up proxys or anything like that so I don't think I can fix it on my own.
You may want to use a VPN.
It can help out considering this situation -
