I think Bee is like the Iruka of the Jinchuriki. But as previous posters have said Iruka is special in the way that he boosts and shields. There are many shielders and many boosters but I can only think of 3 ninja that do both. Iruka, Konan and Bee. Iruka covers the most ninja by shielding and boosting all Konoha ninja which means multiple elements and even the most viable Jinchuriki at the moment. Iruka -is- the only one of these three that also cover the main.

You could of course get a ninja who boosts and a ninja who shields on your team. Ao and Mei are a very usable duo. One of the strongest people on my server used a team with Ao, Mei, Sailor Sakura and Water main for a while. Ao is a pretty good ninja because he can acupuncture with his mystery and also with his chase. But if you don't have either of these just find any boosters you have and try to pair them with w/e good shielders you have. They don't always have to be a 100% match as long as you can cover atleast 75% of your team. Of course, it is better to completely match though.

If you don't have any of these ninja, I would recommend waiting for the next treasure to come out. Because (Protip) it will change the meta and suddenly shields and buffs and barriers will not matter so much.
