• It's depend on how your situation, you get Tendo/Hashirama just after 3 months or even less if you meet certain required conditions. Same goes for any rare like Mei, Sage Naruto, Ao (If you count him as a rare) and other ninjas except SSN Sasuke, Itachi and Ay.
  1. You need to be 1 of the top 9 ppl who dominating in sage battlefield.
  2. You need to get full reward in matsuri.
  3. You pick the right group, by right group I mean not the strongest group but the group which give you 1 pack weekly.
  4. Be active and just play the game, it reward you with a lot of seal scrolls by just playing.
