I was just asking myself is the game trolling me or what, but it seems that we have another mega fail "naruto plates" perma event with these chakra summons.

Situation on my acc :

light 10, earth 10, wind 10, fire 8, water 0.

and guess what. no one has water to sell.

This really needs some balancing.

Actually, absolutely no.

Sitting atm with 16/13/11/11 (doesn't matter which ones by order) and 0 water.

5 days in a row, 0 water runes.

Is this intended or something needs seriuos balancing ?
