I'm wondering which main you are working with. If it's wind, then losing that shield for one of your characters might be a bit an issue. However, the damage output by Iruka would be a nice addition to offset that.

As for the pet, I believe that White Tiger, found in Crow forest, would complete the loop, assuming you keep Empress formation intact.

If you wanted to, you could always get Chameleon, which nets you an additional combo with 10 hits and pairs well with Iruka. I believe that one is located inside the Deep in the Forest of Death. Bull is another option, in Tanzuka Town. That one is Knockdown -> Repulse, which is always useful if a chain is broken by a missing character.

Note: White Tiger, Chameleon, and Bull are not farmable until lvl 53. Just an aside. Happy hunting! :P
