You can get seal scrolls from the following:

- Great Ninja War Packs
- Survival Trials
- Survival Breakthrough
- Arena Ranking Rewards
- Power Gift Pack
- Leveling Gift Pack
- Monthly Sign in Rewards
- Playing on the Mini Client for the first time
- Weekly Mini Client Reward (1 every 2 weeks)
- Hot Topic Events- Sage War Battlefield star ninja reward
- Weekend Chase Missions
- Buying them with coupons
- buying them with ingots

As a F2P player just make sure to do all but the last two options. If your lucky you can maybe get 2 multi pulls a week.

You get 5 fragments from the mini client a week. So you get 1 scroll bi-weekly

  • why is it not recommended to save coupon
Spending coupons is not the best value for them. The game has many events that are paid or coupon only, so F2P should save their coupons for those.
