Just a little tip - don't go for 10 seal scrolls.

All the good characters, they need a number of triggers to be guaranteed.

For example

If you spend 40-70 seal scrolls on the Tendo treasure you get one of the following guaranteed -

One of the Pains (excluding Tendo, he takes 1000 pulls, literally), Asuma [Wind Blade] or Kakashi [Beheading Sword]

If you go for 10, you'll probably only get someone like Guy or Kakashi or something. They're not really worth it as you can get very easily later on
