Fair duel doesn't mean it won't have any meta ;P
And ini will always matter. Rather than saying what everyone had been saying for the last whole week, try to comes up with an ideal to fix the problem. I am also only kage atm but for me I think arena is as good as it can get right nowExcept for the matching timer, fck that

- I did came up with a way to fix a problem if you rly read what i said you would have seen it,and the fact that of all stats in the game just 1 matters in arena is * atleast to me.
Like I said, I want u to come up with an idea to make it fair and all skill based, removing ini's effect doesn't solve that problem (and in the future when the jinchuriki me ta came it wont matter that much because everything is immuned) -
