This is a game built on receiving a lot of short term income which they make by opening a new server. Since it is p2w the game quickly flies apart once a new server is opened so they have to keep opening new servers. The only way to fix the problem is to not make your game p2w.

That's why an unregulated free market would be a disaster. Corporations don't have anyone's best interest but their own but they are all to happy to screw over everyone in their attempt to make a quick buck. We can see how bad things would be by looking at countries with even less regulation and enforcement than the US.
