STRATEGY:
Wave 1: Main's Mystery
Wave 2: Mifune's Mystery on Sasori
Wave 3: Darui's Mystery on Hidan
Wave 4: Guy's Mystery on Hidan and Main's Mystery (sometimes your Main will die in this round)
Mifune's Mystery on Pain - Chikushodo


In the first 3 ways you need to kill all in 1 round.

Unfortunately you need both for this strategy because they've 2 standard attacks and buffs.

    Just Wave 4: Guy & Kakashi on Hidan
