Well you aren't right actually, since with 1000 yes it will be done regardless of how many potential no would have been there. So even if let's say 2000 people don't want it, they will just ignore the fact and go straight. It's not the same thing having two options or only one.

It's a petition style poll.
The level cap will eventually come, there's no argument/debate about that. This poll is subjective to the speed that the update will come and the ruling for it, is a structure number.
That's why there's not a "no" option. It's for the player base to show support for an increase.

I'll be locking this thread due to the toxicity that's been shown. Also warning will be given out.
