Just stop asking for a merge.. they will merge servers whenever they want, and they dont care if ur servers are dying or if is impossible to play for you guys, they only care servers age so..

    4. Sage Battlefield: Only 1 PAGE per battlefield with only 7-8 participants at most.
    5. Time taken to kill World Boss: 8-6 minutes
    6. No. of group participating in Great Ninja War: 1 ( My group is the only group that participates in GNW.)

    7. -Average Power Rank of Top 5: 26,566.4
    -Average Power Rank of Top 10: 24,881.4
    -Average Power Rank of Top 20: 22,302.15

    (Everyone in my server wants to be merged as soon as possible, because our server is dying incredibly fast. We know that we are a new server thats why merge is somehow not possible. But new players that find this game "amusing" in the first day are somewhat bored in this game now. So please hear us out so that again we can have a good time playing Naruto Online.)
This is exactly why they need to stop opening new servers.. Even new servers die in 1 month and it will be less if they keep doing this. Just a point of view.

My suggestion is if u want to open new servers merge older servers as fast as you open new ones.
Right now you open 21 servers or more per week but only merge 9, IF you actually merge
