Is your server more then 60 days old?

The Q should read more than 79 days old as of this writing, because the benchmark is 60 day old on Feb 1.
If your server is >51 days old, you'll get it next month, if it's younger, the month after that.

my server has more than 5 months. many ppl acquire rewards and im not thats why im ask.

Did you go to Arena page, and click on the Rewards, and accept it there. Once you do that acceptance there, the reward will be sent to your mail.

Its not completely automatically sent to your mail.
