1＃ Go ToSometimes the medal description (when you hover over the title to learn how to obtain it) for the "Hero of the Battlefield" title, which is gained by reaching above No. 15 (Excluding the top three) in Sage World Battlefields, has the words "Fairyland Battlefield" instead of "Sage World Battlefield".
(I think that the word "sennin", which is typically used to mean "sage" in the Naruto series, c*so mean "fairy" or "hermit", which would explain the alternative translation.) -
