It's called "Unlucky Stars Wheel" for a reason. But about lucky board and this event, a friend of mine who is ranked in top 20 got two Hashirama's and then got the Kyuubi cloak Naruto this week. All without even paying that much. So I can't say its not RNG, the odds are probably very, very low but I don't think it's hard coded to avoid you. What I mean is I don't think there is some conspiracy going on to scam you.

Me personally I prefer to spend money on something more tangible. Like event ninja you can get for Recharging "x" amount. Its a double whammy because they are good ninja plus you can just dump all that money into power. Take this as a lesson learned, and if you spent that much into the event surely you atleast got a decent redeemable ninja right?

lol u cant get a shiet in this event dude some ppl can get free 50 flags of naruto 9 tail chakra but it not YOU! if u CAN get a seal or shurado in free draw so u can try spend in this event, but if DONT get a shiet in it just dont throw money out the window like that! :L

lol lucky dice i used 2.5k free coupons,, and got neji gnw, 10+ seal 5+ summon many magatamas from lvl 2-5 thread etc, u got far more than u pay, owh lucky dice(board) the best event in this game u know,. and abt unlucky star well u need a greater and great luck lol

yea for some reason the unlucky wheel favor those that dont have medal or those not even active ..
i try 2k coup there last time all i get is 1 summon all star sh1t.. lesson learn if ur active player have medal never touch the unlucky wheel.....

youre spending for a chance to get a 50k ingots worth of frags and yet you cry .. remember what kind of character youre spending for before you come cry people , why are you envying people ? is it just cuz they got luckier than you and got something ? Im one of those who keeps going back for more punishment, thought maybe this will be the time I can snag something. Dropped $300. 1300 stars, 1 seal scroll and 1 summon scroll. I got 1 *10 star out of 450 draws and not a single frag.

Rates are garbage but you can only blame yourself for spending, just browse through the forums and you'll see nothing but complaints about the majority of RNG events.

My first day I got 151 spins of stars, 2nd day 150 stars and on the 151st spin 50 naruto frags. 3rd day 150 stars 1 summon scroll, 4th day 151 stars.
