In plot 7 there's the "Scout dreadwood forest" instance that gives you 11k coins and you don't need to do it 3 stars so you can just rush to get all the coins and then go for the boss.
I don't know if there're other instances that gives you more coins.
Been doing that now since I can't recall any higher level ones giving more coin than this and its good to do since it also gives a Jade of Nature which I need as well so win win right there! Thanks anyhow!!! -
