Not able to chat while in Arena Queue

You need to figure out some way to enable people to chat while theyre sitting in Arena queues. Also the hot springs, you can see the chat window, but you're unable to view private messages sent to you unless you leave the hot springs.

Even with cross server Arena being implented I have sat in queue for at times almost 15 minutes (it could of been longer, but i just cancel out after 15 minutes and go do something else). It's so annoying coming out of an arena queue to see a bunch of messages that you had no way of seeing.
