• Thanks to this and the other gold tool thread I've managed to complete the collection over a few weeks. The Book was by far the hardest to get, it seems to be incredibly rare compared to other tools

  I'm currently at 20k power and just got paper shuriken from Akatsuki hard today. Are there other/better gold tools "before" Pain/Brothers that I should look out for? Everyone only seems to talk about the early instances and the end game instances, but there's a huge information gap in what instances give throughout the 20k power range that I'd like to know about.
  
  If there's really no more gold tools until Pain/Brothers I'll just farm Akatsuki purples to level my tools up or just go back and collect golds with better rolls, but I don't want to waste my runs if theres new/other upcoming tools.
