Could somebody explain how on earth the summon chakra trade actually works? Like in simple english that actually makes sense?

Cause I've been staring at the help screen for it in-game for a good half an hour now, but I just can't figure it out.

See that's much clearer than the in-game help lol. Any idea how the ingot buy thing work then? Like say, they buy for 10 ingot you get 20 coupon from it? Or what
