Konan is only in seal treasure but.. haven't seen anyone pull her from seal treasure free draw. It is very possible that she is locked out until minimum number of scrolls spent. Considering everything else in seal treasure is garbage.. it is really not worth using seal scrolls in there.
If you really want her, save up coupons (for a month or more) and buy her in an event. Or you could get lucky and get her from spins. She appeared in quite a few wheels last month.
Rumours of her going in shop (becuase she is in there in china) has been floating for months.. but that is unlikely to happen anytime soon.. since selling her makes so much money.

Isn't super rares supposed to be @400?
Given that the oldest server is about 7 month old at this point, the total number of free draw into seal treasure is at most 100 or so. Which means getting any super rare at this point in time would require 300 scroll spent.
Except ppl with money to burn... most people probably don't invest that amount of scrolls in sealed....
I mean it's either 200 or 400, I can't remember clearly because as ftp it's a bit far away. But I DO have all 3 rare from sage which should have taken 180 since... well.. month and half or so ago. Have yet to get the super rare so... probably not 200. -

Well, I don't recall seeing anyone pulling Konan gets flashed across the screen. Granted that could be due to there being many rares in there so it's really RNG(which is why sage was so nice, cause you are guaranteed to get all in 180) and the fact few people pull seal....
But given what people have said, it seems that she's not really pulled when rare should, so why do you think she's only a rare and not a super rare? Is there a way to distinct the two other than pull results? -
