Dear Developers,
I know we shouldnt expect much from you in relation with arena, but you should do one simple thing couse what you did is simple ****. You should do ninjas on arena have their normal ini instead of overall ini devided by 4. You are putting all players that are investing to do their 1st position ninja fast in disadventage. You are just spitting in face of players that were investing everything in 1st position.

    Arena should be a level playing field, I think that you should remove all bonus stats gained from skills, tools, etc, so that only base stats are applied to every ninja. Additionally, all ninjas should be either 3 star or 5 star ninja regardless of personal star levels. I don't care that some rich boy dropped 2 grand on this game to have a huge advantage in his server, nothing should affect arena other than what ninjas you have access to.

You may be right but, but there must be some system to who will move first. Current system that devide overall ini is just bad
