again i have to reiterate, the word considerations here are referring to the method that we used in order to relay informations and examples to player.

As much as we are trying to make it as "friendly player" as possible while maintaining the integrity of the informations.

With that being said, there is NO organizations that would do harms to their own community intentionally for the benefits of all, we have to agree everyone is trying their best to improve the gaming experience :)

According to the write up, I should have gotten the basic rewards for the season and NO ONE on server 273, which is older than 60 days, which fits into all these new rules, HAS RECEIVED ANY rewards.


I was just trying to report a bug for my server and got weird remarks back, in the other thread. :/

upon checking server 273, opened on 12th December 2016 thus it doesn't comply to the minimum age of 60 days on 1st February 2017.

srry to mention this to u but ur server isnt 60 days old to get rewards they count to 1 feb for sum silly reason even tho the season ended way later + this rule is just silly last minute stuff anyways..

makes sense. I know its the developers who do this. Not like a mod has any input when it comes to this, since the decision was clearly a surprise to all of them. Still this is like being slapped in the face with a trout over and over and over again. I dont even care about the rewards. Its the continued being surprised like walking around a corner and a giant donkey just jumps on you and kicks you in the *. Seriously..just stop

we worked for six path just as sum1 whos server is like 61 days old...

why 60 days? why not 30? whats the issue of not enforcing it this cycle cuzz clearly no1 knew about this.

why this rule at all? highly confused as to why the players get hurt on sumthin u forget 2 inform us on making us spend time on arena. and makin us think we cud get these rewards

anyways got that out there so back to cryin in my corner since this is whats been decided upon :( guess will have to earn next month a reward and nothin now

I honestly dont think that having to get six path before you get get rewards is healthy. Climbing is really hard i lose around the same amount of matches i win. Played around 30-40 matches and i couldnt progress. Plus getting to higher ranking will me*ways facing players thats have those teams that a f2p player can`t beat at all. so ill probably never be able to get six path which means ill never get more than the first rank rewards.
How is this a balanced system? after reaching six path most players will probably just keep themselves kage to get rewards without having to do anything, and for other players climbing will be close to impossible without op ninjas.

Honestly with the current system, hitting super kage and staying there would be best, but at the end of the seasons they add on 'arena points' so you will hit 6 paths and not stagnate at super kage, it's just a matter of time

And it's incredibly difficult to make any progress, I win a match then lose one right after, so 0 point gain T T

you now gave the set of rules. that's well and all, but you are purposly avoid giving a straight answer for players who post about servers older than 60 days that got no rewards.
no saying it'll be fixed you basicly say, "well... happens, better luck next month".

and another bonus from your in game information - TI - info says you may encounter ellite ninja after TI. you probably havent even noticed its not happening. i can gurantee no one even seen those ellite spawn in months.

im from s288 didnt received any reward im six path sennin... its more than 2 months old now but it state by 1st february that means its only 30days something?
wtf happen now reward comes on march to make it 60days? correct me if im wrong this is how i understand this..

Hello i will try to explain this for you to the best of my ability.

As for why its 60 days and not 30 its not something i can answer, i will forward the request to the team however.


As for why we did not inform you of this, i can not stress this enough we were never informed of it before everything went wrong either.

I think i can speak for the entire team when i say we sincerely apologize about the confusion and issues that came with this weeks's maintence and i c*so assure you we are working extremely hard trying to prevent issues like these from happening again.

Why don't you guys make a canary server where you can see the actual effects of update before releasing them to the unsuspecting population at large? The server can have all sort of backdoors open so you guys can mess with data to create all sorts of different scenarios (in this case for example, character of every arena rank) and see what happens. You can even mess with "time" itself and have it give out 3 seasons of rewards consecutively (obviously you have to "manually" go in and receive each in between or it might not work properly but that's a whole other matter)

Canary man, it saves time, money... well probably not life here but in the mines.... well, that's irrelevant as well.

It's nice to finally see at least some comforting words and to know at least the mod team is on the player's side and an equal victim. Maybe its a language barrier but some previous replies weren't very sympathetic to the players.

Dude as you can see they were not even informed that group summon is comming ingame . Poor communiation beetwen them and their company xD , i hope they dont remove it its the best thing that happend this week after all these * issues .

haha, collect information that who dont get reward. then give a limit age to explain why these server without reward. yeah a good PR means

I understand how the rewards work, and I have no issue with the 60-day rule.


But the server does not have to be 60 days old to be IN the X-server arena, right? I'm on a new server, been in Queue for 15 minutes and no games.

Our server is not in the X-server arena network.

Is this intended or not? If not, do you have an ETA on when does the situation change...?

- Doesnt get any kind of rewards neither does arena cross server work .
- Next day sees that u need to reach six path sennin in order to get rewards ( nice rule sir when arena corss server isnt even working )
- Finds out on saturday about the amazing rule that your server needs to be older than 60 days in order to receive some rewards ye what a great rule it makes sense right .
