To me it seems that they (Devs) really don't know what the arena mechanics are in the first place. I'm assuming what their technical team only does are mere "translation work", and a shoddy one at that. They have to wait for the actual thing to happen and input from the players before saying "Okay guys, apparently this is how it goes..."

When Seasonal Arena was implemented weeks ago they had no clue about the "rules" (must be 6path once to claim current rank rewards, server must be 60 days to claim rewards), only when players raised hell about it that they posted those rules.

And now, yeah, they made that change to the rules AFTER HK servers had reset for March, when they saw what would actually happen. Yep, they are just hiding it. From the start they have no idea at all.

There was nothing confusing about it. It was blatantly changed, and now you people are trying to cover it up. You're deleting comments that expose that. Way to avoid responsibility....

What they lied about and what they don't want to admit is that they don't know the exact mechanics of Seasonal Arena in the first place. Their tech team know nothing about it at all, they are just translating the patch from wherever they get it.

They only posted those rules after getting numerous reports from people about not getting rewards, not having XServer etc. They have to come to that conclusion that "Ah, if that's what our players are experiencing than maybe those are the rules for Arena. Okay guys let's post the detailed rules..."

Now they changed the rules AFTER HK SERVERS HAD RESET FOR MARCH. Prior to that they were *ing to their guess that "maybe it won't reset if you aren't 6Paths..". They only knew that it wasn't after it happened, and after players reported it.

It proves it, they were making the detailed rules only after players reported what they were experiencing. This guy Acer is trying to cover it up, claming it was "confusing" so they corrected it. You'd think after the miscommunication weeks ago they woul've already learned their lesson but no, they would make the same excuse again.
