Hello i will try to explain this for you to the best of my ability.
As for why its 60 days and not 30 its not something i can answer, i will forward the request to the team however.
As for why we did not inform you of this, i can not stress this enough we were never informed of it before everything went wrong either.
I think i can speak for the entire team when i say we sincerely apologize about the confusion and issues that came with this weeks's maintence and i c*so assure you we are working extremely hard trying to prevent issues like these from happening again.
Why don't you guys make a canary server where you can see the actual effects of update before releasing them to the unsuspecting population at large? The server can have all sort of backdoors open so you guys can mess with data to create all sorts of different scenarios (in this case for example, character of every arena rank) and see what happens. You can even mess with "time" itself and have it give out 3 seasons of rewards consecutively (obviously you have to "manually" go in and receive each in between or it might not work properly but that's a whole other matter)
Canary man, it saves time, money... well probably not life here but in the mines.... well, that's irrelevant as well. -

- if the rank is reset , why we dont get reward again for passwing ninja schoold till six path senin , don't you tink this is not fair to us o see all the time we ugrade the medal but no reward as we need to do all the time again and again , the reward should be back as we pass it , and if no reward atleast change for use the counter for points . i'm waiting for an answer thank's
