Hey

base Initiative is the single stat line that differentiates Arena.
Regardless of ninjas you're facing, Players do have an equal playing field.

However, matchmaking tends to put players around similar levels (EG: 83-85)
It's just how the system is.

We're currently working on fixing match queue and other occurring issues. I'll toss the idea of improving matchmaking in case it's actually needed.
