You should click on "Daily Practice" on the top right of your screen, and do everything in that list.

As far as preparing for end game... save up every seal scroll until you are at least level 70. Save up all your coupons until you know the game better. You can pretty much do whatever else you want in the meantime; and get more familiar with the game and its systems. As long as you are not wasting key resources (coupons/seal scrolls), what you do with the rest has little to no impact on end game for the time being.
