Well, the best main for Sage Naruto would be wind MC, since the 40% buff is always good.
If you really want to stay lightning, i'd say try this:

Mistery: the one that causes knockdown and paralyzes
Standard: the one with chance of causing knockdown and crit

Summon: Shark

If you consider going wind, try out:

As for fire, can't help you. Never really played fire main that much.
You c*so try and fit in Iruka in your teams, your choice. But usually Killer Bee and Sage Naruto work well, since Bee buffs Naruto, plus can give him 2 standards.
