I'm rather conflicted on this.
The suggestion would diminish the power of ptw, which I like
However, at the same time it also favors plunder and hurt convoy, since the person who directly suffer the loss is the convoy that's being attacked, which is much less likely to be ran by a real ptw, few ppl ever rob real ptws.
Frankly, plunder have far too great an advantage over convoy as it is, and anything that hurt convoy and benefit plunder is a no to me.
And that's why I'm conflicted on this. If the suggestion can be modified in a way that doesn't further upset the plunder convoy balance, then I'd support it. -

Well but who plunder and support gain double reward so is alway wrong, even this can upset who convoy, why normally the support is asked to the top player that oblyvius do plunder, so all who do only convoy are not call and remain without other reward. This will make the chose to who doing convoy, if we considering that them have less reward over plunder is a win from who can't plunder and do convoy only, gain so (even if smal) another reward

On gawd that's hard to read.
Anyway, i don't know about your server & group. But our group policy is only send SS support request to top players, and send S request to everybody else. This way, everyone gets extra coins for being a support.
Now, I won't mind if plunder don't get the coins from supporting others (or, perhaps make it so they can't even hunt red players), but removing them from the support pool is bad for convoy.
In other news, I'm a top 2 player of my group, top 10 (possibly 5) of my server, I do not plunder on principle. So your little assumption isn't always right. -
