Tho they have stated multiple times that having multiple account on the same server is against ToS, and for the moment they aren't enforcing this rules but things can change. I'm not here to discuss if this is a good or bad thing, just wanna give out some accurate info.

I might be blind, but I am unable to find anything against having multiple accounts at http://www.oasgames.com/TermsofService(EN).html
