That's a good lineup, especially early game. However, it kind of lacks any follow ups or combos, I'd go with Karin/Kabuto in the back line instead of Anko and Sasuke is a must with that lineup. Having a Kakashi on your team is a great choice but Naruto not so much, Hinata would be a better choice, Kankuro too. Hope this helps.

I believe by "Barrier" he meant when Sasuke 3 stars uses "Kirin" and forms a field of lightning in the area.
