I understand the frustration.
We're working hard to fix the arena issues, that way there isn't a long queue time and players are able to climb ranking and receive rewards.

As for server merges, There are certain schedules that we must follow for each merger.
It's to keep the system intact in case any major issues occur. I understand it can be problematic, however, the game must remain in a stable state instead of a broken one in case major servers went down.
