I realised that maybe my words were too much and I used wrong words to describe the current situation and I am sorry about that.

What I was trying to say is that we are currently talking about Group summon. There is really low possibility that we will remove this feature. Not only it would be bad move from our side, it would also disappoint our players and we don't want to disappoint you guys.

As for your feedback regarding our team and our update. I will pass it to the manager and I will let others know that our players feel we should improve our communication.

I just have 1 question regarding your post, will we the players, have to prove we had "Sage of the Six Paths" rank before the rewards were given today, in order to get it back up for next month or does the staff has information on the matter already and we dont have to worry.

I ask this because i'm not the type of person to keep taking screenshots all the time and i did had the rank but not sure i can, post reset, actually prove i did had it, the best i could do without going over my group discord would probably be this

Hello, I'm currently lv 77 on S260: Sphere of Graves from US East (NY) and i just can't find people on ranked arena OR training arena, however, my alt account which is lv 40, gets matched in a matter of seconds.

Daiske, are you sure this is how arena rewards work in china? Because in my opinion reaching sage rank is pretty difficult for most people AND they won't get any reward before they reach that rank for the first time (Unless you count 1 Shurado frag as a reward LOL).

Hello. i was Rank 1 in my server in Arena (Six path Sennin) i got my reward and i got unranked again. but its ok i reached again sage of the six paths but now noones seems to participating in arena.. also a lot ppl from my group - server did the same thing but now they are struggling to get again Six path Sennin cause noone's is in Queue . what should they do???

5 hours of queue time and only 2 opponents found.

Was it intended for arena to become purely cross server and no longer matchable with other players in our server? Was trying to test a lineup with a groupmate, and no matter how long we queued after the update, we never met (>15 mins).
Arena practice was a good avenue previously to test lineups between players where the power gap in the outside world made it unfeasible to do so without significant effort to power down, hopefully this isnt permanent :P

The cross server functionability was definitely working, since I managed to fight a few players from other servers. Just we could never match with one another after trying to meet at a time when no one else was left queueing.

This whole issue with rewards is disappointing, with all the hard work people put in to reach even Kage rank, you would think that you would have EARNED the rewards for actually reaching that rank, instead of being rewarded with the rewards that you would get from the lowest rank, as if you had never played arena once.

What a let down.

So ehm this isn't how season rewards should work, originally player supposed to get ac*ulated rewards for ranks he gained in arena (originally means in chinese tencent game), but first there is only 2 options either 1 rewards for six path rank, or the lowest possible reward (kinda unfair isn't it?).
Then talking about queue - its insanely long, since now arena is mostly based on who got most initiative, can you imagine being matched for 38 minutes just to fight guy who beats you out purely by initiative? (kinda :@:@)
And last, make arena great again, make arena season rewards a*ulated.

Was it actually ac*ulated in CN? So they got each set of awards for each rank they achieved?

Sorry, the arena in CN is one area not well versed on, so want to clarify.

So are our ranks going to be reset to six paths, or will proof be needed after the bugs are fixed?

At this moment, it is safe to take a screenshot of your rewards and rank, and if anything goes wrong and they require information, then provide it. I am sure they can know on their end who was maxed rank and such.

Personally I just fail to see the purpose of making even practice arena cross server, I tried doing my daily wins today, I'm only level 56 and naturally don't have any good ninjas, and everytime I tried I ran into the same guy, water main using 4 tails naruto, tobirama, sailor sakura and double healing with the water main's mystery and and standard, so how exactly does this help the game in any way? you wanted to help the p2w people with yet another thing to get cool rewards from, that's all fine and dandy in the ranked one, but what was the reasoning behind making practice also cross server?

Wow so all those who are already sage of six paths rank will get the highest reward for free next month too?. Such a fair system man love it!

good to know all the hours i put into arena to reach my rank were all gone to waste since i didn't reach six paths, you know why i didn't reach six paths in time? because it was impossible to queue before yesterday's update but as i said it doesn't matter, you can only get the best reward or get none, thank oasis, great system! 10/10, whoever thought of this is a genius, if one of the mods can kindly tell me who that is i would like to send him a special "thank you" note.

It feels like there's no reason to do arena now if this is all we get for spending so much time in it.

WHyy dahell I get Ninja student worth of Rewards when I am a super Kage???? I did my best, wasted my time queueing to get one opponent! and only to be given shiet at d end of d day for not reaching 6 path.

actually NO, with the new implementations you are required to reach Sage of Six Path just once. Allow me to make an example.

This is A, :hug:, A is a good player which spends a lot of time playing Naruto Online.

Before Maintenance A is ranked as Super Kage in Arena.
After maintenance 16th February, he is given the minimum rewards.

So A :hug: decided to give it all this month and reach Sage of Six Path.
Come new month which is March, A will be rewarded Sage of Six Path rewards. :victory: and his rank will be reseted.

On March, A has a lot of issue with his work, so he only managed to reach Kage rank in Arena.
But guess what, come April where season reset he actually receive Kage Rank rewards! :victory:

I've tried my best, i hope you guys can understand it is important for players to reach your Sage of Six Path rank ONCE in order to somehow "Reset" your ranking and prizes you gained due to the all new mechanics "cross server" that took place.
