According to the feedback we have received, some players might have met the following issues: 1. The Cross Server function in Arena didn't work well for some players. 2. Arena Season Rewards are not available in some servers. Players who may have encountered this issue please leave your information in the following thread with the format: http://forum.naruto.oasgames.com/en/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=14284&extra=page%3D1 3. Group Summon system was added without any announcements. All the issues referred above have been transferred to the technical team, which will be solved as soon as possible. Players may post issues they've encountered after the updates in this thread. For those who are facing a long queue time in Rank Arena, please clear all of your browser cache as an attempt to quick fix it, if the problem still persist, please let us know. To express our sincerely apologies, all players will receive a compensation through in game mail after the issues has been solved. Sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. Server 89 - Inari Player: VakiNaki
I am jonin class in arena, I played only 1 ranked battle and after that I waited 1 hour and couldn't find opponent.
Also I got only 7 Kurotshichi fragments and 1 Pain Chikushudo fragments with 5 seal fragments
In rewards it says that 30 fragments should be rewarded for Jonin rank

Unlikely. More like they forgot to tell us that they are adding new features into the game.

Same here. only received exactly that, 7 Kurotshichi fragments and 1 Pain Chikushudo. Any word from mods on that?

To explain this, those who yet to reach the specified rank, you will only be receiving the minimum rewards available. But once you've reach the Sage of Six Path you will be getting your rewards accordingly upon the season reset.

Just curious regarding arena rewards, what is the point of showing all the rewards for every rank in arena when in reality its only - 6 path or ninja student.

Also in-game explanation under rules and in-game explanation under rewards are contradicting.
Under rewards, it says:
"When a new season starts, you will gain rewards based on the highest rank you achieved in the previous season. Rewards will be issued via in-game mail."

I got my 6 path reward, and I'm happy. But honestly it feels bad for those who didn't. So many people caught by surprise here. To be fair, the rewards *on is so much bigger and obvious to click compared to the '?'

A groupmate and I both hit 6 paths before 2.0 and have Konohamaru Corps to prove it, but we both dropped below it on the eve of 2.0 trying to help groupmates gain rank not knowing that the match making system would be broken for a whole month.

Now we can't find any fights and have been stuck 1-2 wins away from 6 paths with NO OPPORTUNITY to get back there. Now, because of your mistakes won't get any rewards, but all the selfish people out there will? Love it. Great game.. lol

why would players need to reach a six path sage rank to get their rewards? do you have any idea how hard it is to get to this rank NOW, after the cross server arena? if you told us about it before people would have organize better. it was hard as it is, for a f2p player at least, to get to Jonin rank, i worked hard for it, the fact that i won't get the rewards i should and worked hard for is troublesome to say the least.
this whole day is a mess, starting with the unusual delay, following with the group event that still to this minute no mod have tried to clarify (a common player had to do that) and the whole arena reward fiasco.
by the way i don't know if you've sent compensation yet as you stated but i didn't get any.
edit: also what with the group purchase event? do i need to buy something in order to claim the packs below? if not than i can't claim it and if you do than please explain better in the rules.

what's even the point to have multiple arena ranks if you can only get the rewards for your rank if you hit six paths first?

If you struggle in jonin how do you expect that guy to get to six paths to get his rewards?

Yay, same story here, just 3 points away and no way to get higher.
Even got my friend on same server with 72 points to join and there is not way for us to get matched up.

I keep getting the same 2 people in arena so is it really cross server. My rank aint going up either since 1 person i can beat and the other person completely outclasses me. and its still like a min to get people and none of them seem to be from other servers.
