1＃ Go ToDear ninjas,
In order to improve all ninja's gaming experiences, we have updated a lot of new functions in game during this week's maintenance. According to the feedback we have received, some players might have met the following issues:
1. The Cross Server function in Arena didn't work well for some players.
2. Arena Season Rewards are not available in some servers.
Players who may have encountered this issue please leave your information in the following thread with the format:

3. Group Summon system was added without any announcements.
All the issues referred above have been transferred to the technical team, which will be solved as soon as possible. Players may post issues they've encountered after the updates in this thread.
For those who are facing a long queue time in Rank Arena, please clear all of your browser cache as an attempt to quick fix it, if the problem still persist, please let us know.
To express our sincerely apologies, all players will receive a compensation through in game mail after the issues has been solved.

Server 89 - Inari Player: VakiNaki
I am jonin class in arena, I played only 1 ranked battle and after that I waited 1 hour and couldn't find opponent.
Also I got only 7 Kurotshichi fragments and 1 Pain Chikushudo fragments with 5 seal fragments
In rewards it says that 30 fragments should be rewarded for Jonin rank

First of all those who have yet to reach Sage of Six Path rank and facing similar issue, kindly go through this thread. Arena Season Rewards - February
To explain this, those who yet to reach the specified rank, you will only be receiving the minimum rewards available. But once you've reach the Sage of Six Path you will be getting your rewards accordingly upon the season reset.

WHyy dahell I get Ninja student worth of Rewards when I am a super Kage???? I did my best, wasted my time queueing to get one opponent! and only to be given shiet at d end of d day for not reaching 6 path.

actually NO, with the new implementations you are required to reach Sage of Six Path just once. Allow me to make an example.
This is A, :hug:, A is a good player which spends a lot of time playing Naruto Online.
Before Maintenance A is ranked as Super Kage in Arena.
After maintenance 16th February, he is given the minimum rewards.
So A :hug: decided to give it all this month and reach Sage of Six Path.
Come new month which is March, A will be rewarded Sage of Six Path rewards. :victory: and his rank will be reseted.
On March, A has a lot of issue with his work, so he only managed to reach Kage rank in Arena.
But guess what, come April where season reset he actually receive Kage Rank rewards! :victory:
I've tried my best, i hope you guys can understand it is important for players to reach your Sage of Six Path rank ONCE in order to somehow "Reset" your ranking and prizes you gained due to the all new mechanics "cross server" that took place.

- shut up if u didnt know anything, arena cross server is still bugged here and didnt matching at all, it's normal people are complaining
hello,
we are getting mixed complaints, some of the players said arena ranking match works fine and i even tested it got matched within 1 minutes. So if your server are having this issue still and even better if you can confirm it happened in your whole server please make an official report in this post with screenshots.

only Sage of Six Path will be reseted at month end, those who yet to reach it will work from that rank onwards in next month, and yes the way i look at it since you doesn't get penalized in terms of rank only on points.

Arena rewards for the previous season is not handed out for anyone on the server. Cross server is not working. Infact, we are still in the old season, as if the update has not taken place at all.
