Hello everyone.
Since we are getting a lot of tickets on our support or a lot of question not only via PM but also on our Facebook page, I'm here to explain what is happening and what are we going to do.
Problems with arena, that includes arena rewards.
Most of you already know that, unfortunately, we have few problems with Arena season and rewards for your current Arena season. At the moment, we are still collecting reports and data regarding arena and all problems connected with it. If you didn't receive your arena rewards, make sure to report it. We will look into it.
Keep in mind, in order to receive full rewards you have to reach rank "Sage of the six paths". If you rank is lower than mentioned rank, you will receive rewards for the lowest rank. Everything is explained in the season rules. !! THIS IS NOT BUG !!
As for your rank, our plan was not to reset your ranks this month and let you keep your current rank. That means free rewards next month. If you are already "Sage of the six paths", you don't have to do anything. You will just get your rewards again at the start of next month. But the main problem we have with ranks is that players are reporting their ranks were changed and they have to start from zero (from the lowest rank). This is not intended and it will be fixed.
Group summon
Okay, first let me say we are really sorry about this "update". This wasn't supposed to come out yet and we are now deciding if we will keep this feature in the game or if we will remove it and add it back at the right time. We know it is already in the game and most of you are happy about it. The reason why we are considering to remove it from the game is that we need and want to make sure it will work as it should. I can't share anymore info about this feature, sadly. We will update you with our result as soon as possible.
If you have any question, feel free to ask and I will gladly answer your questions and concerns.
@Edit : And just to calm everyone. If you want to hear my opinion about Group summon, it won't be removed. Maybe I used the wrong types of words. I'm sorry about that one. But we are still discussing what to do with Group summon.

Hello,
I just have 1 question regarding your post, will we the players, have to prove we had "Sage of the Six Paths" rank before the rewards were given today, in order to get it back up for next month or does the staff has information on the matter already and we dont have to worry.
I ask this because i'm not the type of person to keep taking screenshots all the time and i did had the rank but not sure i can, post reset, actually prove i did had it, the best i could do without going over my group discord would probably be this
