Hello everyone.
Since we are getting a lot of tickets on our support or a lot of question not only via PM but also on our Facebook page, I'm here to explain what is happening and what are we going to do.
Problems with arena, that includes arena rewards.
Most of you already know that, unfortunately, we have few problems with Arena season and rewards for your current Arena season. At the moment, we are still collecting reports and data regarding arena and all problems connected with it. If you didn't receive your arena rewards, make sure to report it. We will look into it.
Keep in mind, in order to receive full rewards you have to reach rank "Sage of the six paths". If you rank is lower than mentioned rank, you will receive rewards for the lowest rank. Everything is explained in the season rules. !! THIS IS NOT BUG !!
As for your rank, our plan was not to reset your ranks this month and let you keep your current rank. That means free rewards next month. If you are already "Sage of the six paths", you don't have to do anything. You will just get your rewards again at the start of next month. But the main problem we have with ranks is that players are reporting their ranks were changed and they have to start from zero (from the lowest rank). This is not intended and it will be fixed.
Group summon
Okay, first let me say we are really sorry about this "update". This wasn't supposed to come out yet and we are now deciding if we will keep this feature in the game or if we will remove it and add it back at the right time. We know it is already in the game and most of you are happy about it. The reason why we are considering to remove it from the game is that we need and want to make sure it will work as it should. I can't share anymore info about this feature, sadly. We will update you with our result as soon as possible.
If you have any question, feel free to ask and I will gladly answer your questions and concerns.
@Edit : And just to calm everyone. If you want to hear my opinion about Group summon, it won't be removed. Maybe I used the wrong types of words. I'm sorry about that one. But we are still discussing what to do with Group summon.

Wow so all those who are already sage of six paths rank will get the highest reward for free next month too?. Such a fair system man love it! -

Hello,
actually NO, with the new implementations you are required to reach Sage of Six Path just once. Allow me to make an example.
This is A, :hug:, A is a good player which spends a lot of time playing Naruto Online.
Before Maintenance A is ranked as Super Kage in Arena.
After maintenance 16th February, he is given the minimum rewards.
So A :hug: decided to give it all this month and reach Sage of Six Path.
Come new month which is March, A will be rewarded Sage of Six Path rewards. :victory: and his rank will be reseted.
On March, A has a lot of issue with his work, so he only managed to reach Kage rank in Arena.
But guess what, come April where season reset he actually receive Kage Rank rewards! :victory:
I've tried my best, i hope you guys can understand it is important for players to reach your Sage of Six Path rank ONCE in order to somehow "Reset" your ranking and prizes you gained due to the all new mechanics "cross server" that took place.

Who came up with this system, this is unfair as those who were already sage of six paths before 16th February will get double maximum rewards without doing any work, while all those who have worked hard for their ranks will not only get minimum rewards but will have to work for next months six paths senin rank otherwise they will again get minimum rewards. wow what are the devs and staff doing to this game I like this game very much but my hope gets lower and lower with each update. -

- You get 400 coupons and 2 seal scrolls on your first run to 6 paths. People who are already 6 paths before 2.0 cannot claim this reward retroactively.
I am talking about the 60 seal scroll fragments,60 common ninja fragments and 30 rare ninja fragments rewards -
