From what I can see,

Group leader sets a time twice per week for the group to participate in an instance to collect frags for the summons

Doing daily tasks rewards you with chakras which you can trade in the group base and those chakras can be used to enhance the summons attributes

You c*so trade chakras with each other by buying/selling to complete sets for rewards (25 chakra set = 100k I think)

We'd have to wait to see what GNW brings on Saturday, but I think it is capable of fighting and boosts your entire group's stats.
