I've got some problems with the arena rewards... I was in super kage rank and i supposed to get 50 seals fragment, 27 random strong ninja fragments, 54 random ninja fragments and 9 arena rank points. Instead of these things i've got 5 seals fragment, 7 torune fragments and 1 pain - shurado fragment. Is it a bug or what is that basically? where is the fking compensation for swb and ninetails?

They won't increase level cap for a while since players leveling doesn't put money in their pockets. ;P aside from that, apart from the puzzle, another eventless week for us F2P :D super happy about the arena though!

Actually puzzle is the best event this cycle ;P

1) Arena rewards and cross server - very good been waiting on it since it came out

2) Land of lightning - not worth the coupons for me, i can get better rebates/discounts elsewhere

3) Lucky Star wheel - not worth coupons the rng is too bad for me free spins only for cave keys because of the rebate

4) Cave Key rebate - Been saving for this so have 300, sadly still dont get keys from tree or i could have saved more, still nice to finaly get it

5) Group buy - 20% off if u buy on ur own 40% off if u get max buys, not worth it unless enough people buy the pack and even then only the mags r something i want

6) Limited Ninjas - Already have Ao and dont want the second hebihime since its a waste of coupons for the collection and i can buy her later when i have no better reason to use coupons

7) Puzzle - f2p event with nice rewards, 140 coupons and 2 seal scrolls for free, the first puzzle doesnt give anything good tho, could u change the food for a mag or something?

8) Unannounced Group Summons - THANK YOU

Ofc ppl will complain you dumbass. They are paying money and getting so very little for it in return. Not everyone likes to be abused and do nothing about it. What kind of logic is that...

People saying the Mods aren't to blame, it's the Devs...

The fact is, they're BOTH to blame for different scenarios. The Mods are basically the communities voice, their role is to gather information from the community about the current events and the communities opinions of them which they then relay to the Devs. The Devs obviously look into these reports and come up with some idea of what needs changing, so since there are still complaints and unhappy players because of the same issues NOT being resolved, there's only 2 possible reasons as to why these issues are ongoing:

1. The Mods are just being lazy and not taking note of all the opinions and responses to relay to the Devs, therefore, as far as the Devs are aware, the events are fine the way they are.

2. The Mods are doing everything they can to gather the feedback and relaying to the Devs, however, the Devs look into those feedback and decide "This event is making the most profit so we'll keep that the same" or "This event isn't making any money at all so we'll change it so it does" and finally "Okay, now we have all the spenders sorted, let's get an event out for the Free to Play, but it can't be too good otherwise the spenders will get annoyed and stop playing meaning we lose money."

Now as for the schedule for events, you should take a leaf out of the book of similar games that actually have happy players, release news about events on a MONTHLY schedule, tell us what events are coming out on each week of the month. This way, once you put them out there, there's a full month you have to see were the problems are and to fix them.

As for the server maintenance issue, is it that hard to put an in-game message that says "30:00 minutes until server maintenance"?

Next, for the group wheel, the reason why you got rid of the mood scrolls is because they are something that some players spent money on and so you made the mistake of giving a profitable item away for free. Any who, the rewards from the wheel should correspond to the level of the group i.e level 1 and 2 magatamas for low level groups, level 2 and level 3 for the next level groups etc. Shape shifting card is pointless, coupons are good, dango is okay, the group summoning chakra pack is good since it actually relates to the group rather than having it as a pack in the shop so that the top spenders can basically max out their group summon through money than through the group members working together.

Finally, the ninja puzzles, for F2P, amazing idea, easy, free daily rewards for very little effort, the only suggestion I think that would make it a bit more...worthwile is to maybe have puzzles for more ninjas and add 1 fragment of the ninja who is in the puzzle rather than the coins since coins are VERY easy to come by as most players make well over 1 million in a day.

Yeah the mood scrolls coming off the wheel is extremely disappointing. I continually have a hard time understanding the thought process behind the scenes, and it's starting to really wear me out.

You improve the wheel in 2.0 by removing the coins/ramen and adding in dango/mood scrolls instead, things which are extremely useful to players, and you pretty much get universal approval for that improvement. Now you accidentally roll out the group summons and we find out that in addition to that the mood scrolls have been replaced with a group chakra pack... Something we can get just by doing dailies. Like the poster above me said why not remove the shape shifting card, something most of us rarely use and have stacked a ton of, or heck even the level one magatama.

And I don't even want to begin to get into the arena issues because you already have several threads about it, but it would be really nice to have an update with no issues. I now have to sit and wait to see if my arena rank gets restored, or if I need to post/send proof of this issue. This just goes further into my feeling worn down by this game.
