This is a common problem for all groups. Really doubt packs will increase in numbers. Your teammates need to have patience and wait for their turn.
Imo, i think group coins are far more important than the gnw packs. From my perspective, gnw packs should be removed, increase group coins we earn from battles (from 1000 to, maybe, 2000 or more per battle) and to compensate the seals, maybe put a seal scroll in every milestone from the "Check in every day" feature.

GNW Packs destroys groups. Many people have left my group because they didn't get packs, and my group has 90 people. I can imagine the problem it poses for more crowded groups.
It's just my opinion though.
