why u not ask for change reward GNW.
there is just need change some rules for getting reward
like :
1 participate get 1 seal and 1000 group pt, 2 partcipate get 2 seal and 1000 group pt, 3 participate get 5 seal 1000 grp pt, 4 participate get 8 seal sand 1000 pt. efc with some contribution.
for the winning BP get additional, for 1 win BP who has that battle get 5 seal frag and some coins.

so, u not need to giving the packs to anyone and all will get.
i will happy too if we can get like that
as a leader group, i see low lv and high lv from my group will need that all, so hard for giving the packs for some inactive ppl or low lv or to someppl not raising power/lv. but if a leader just ignore they all, soon they will leaving thats group, so sad.;P
