yeah going for tendo is a waste in my opinion too, if you want someone you can crush barriers and is tanky go for roshi he is 180-200 scrolls and you c*e the 200 you save on kage to get a good all around line up. If you ask me i would tell you dont use any scroll till lvl 70 and than choose how many kage ninjas do you want before going for roshi
