Yes if u have barier like Danzo, Mei etc. Depends on your strategy too n your team. Overall become faster is good IMO.

If your initiative is higher, it should help you win since you can move first, but it doesn't directly give you more chances per se.

It does give a good chance of winning. You can inflict nasty debuffs like immobilize, sleep, chaos, etc. first. Maybe even kill one ninja from the enemy team if you have very high damage output. I lost to a guy with slightly lower stats but he has higher grade initiative runes/refines than me. Also, to reiterate what Overmain said, having a passive barrier up will increase your odds as well.

imo high inniative must have a good damage, kill them as fast as u can ;P

Lol Control Teams Rely On Initatives, Thats why i like Control Team, Also Combos that land a control statuses.
