Same problem for me

Same problem for me, same server. Can't log in through the website nor the mini client.

Huh,I thought I was the only one having this problem.

I tried to start on a new server 375 but also can't log into the game, stuck at 14%.

Yeah i keep getting stuck now at different intervals. The servers arent down but something clearly is messed up atm

P.S Mine on multiple servers also *s or is frozen at 14% Login verification request timeout


---Just saw a post about UK Servers having the problem, I blame the matsuri cross battle not working :P
But really, sounds like they at least know its something on the game side then. Is everyone else also uk whos been posting here? Or nope?

nope, I'm from Poland. Using VPN as US also didn't solve the issue

Today, some UK servers encountered connection problems causing the players can't login the game successfully. We're now investigating this issue and will fix it as soon as possible. After that, servers should be back to normal again.

And for players who can't login the servers now, please keep refreshing the game or try to use a VPN.

Refresh does not work for me either..

We should get some kind of compensation if this goes past 10am, it has been like this for 2h+, it's not a maintainence so there's no excuse for these type of problems.
As costumers of this server we should not be experiencing this.

Server 330 same thing -_- Does refreshing it even work for someone?

Different browsers/Different accounts/Different internet service (comcast/tmobile wifi/frontier)

Only thing thats the same is its all Portland oregon for us,

The only true difference? Server US West/East all work for me. Also Haru, 276 works for me too. So its pretty definitly a server issue, its not all UK though.


Can people please edit in the servers as well. Try eachothers servers, and also 276, since 276 worked for me out of the blue, trying to help and see if its certain servers :D


-276/269 both worked with multiple accounts

VPN doesnt work, refresh doesnt work, changing region in wind 10 doesnt work, login via main page also doesnt work..I need to login via forum and then refresh main page. But still 14% stuck so all we can do is wait. This post was last edited by mar***@gmail.com at 2017-2-14 17:35
