• Can you qualify this "everyone i know" bit. Are they characters on the same server as the character of yours that didn't receive the reward?
  
  taiwanese server might be on a different update than oasgames server, which might have different updates between its different regions, which might have different stuff for certain servers in each region (three is usually a pilot/canary and then new server have their own thing), so comparing with a character of a different server is really not a good comparison.
  
  So is this "everybody i know" on the same server as you?
