oh come on is that a meme now? there were already 2 threads today about that instance just search the forum

yes its hard we know either take the team someone posted with about 40k power or read the other threads a few people already gave builds to beat it

well, there are ALOT of those threads across strategy (asking/providing guide on how to beat it)
customer support (complaining that it's a bug... it really isn't, thou there is a fairness issue on people who passed it pre-2.0 effectively enjoying an unfair advantage but that's neither here nor there) and general. This is, however, the fist I've seen on the plot section.

That said, for the sake of verification, I did go back and verify I can still pass it, and I can @44k just using one of my regular teams (so nothing custom crafted for this challenge). Tho that team involves mei.... In any case, as a result, I'm sure there are specialized teams that need lower power floating somewhere in the forum... good luck finding them....
